Square Mall, located in the heart ofKozhikode’s culturally rich SM Street (Mittai Theruvu), is a striking blend of contemporary architecture and contextual sensitivity. The architectural expression is grounded in urbanverticality and rhythmic facade modulation, tailored for a dense urban footprint of just 50 cents.In response to the vibrant pedestrian culture of SM Street, the design incorporates an activated plinth and seating areas along the edge, encouraging community interaction and pause points. The setback at the ground level, combined with landscaping, helps the building breathe within its compact site, enhancing urban comfort.
