The use of warm natural materials—stone, wood, and glass—grounds the structure in its context, balancing modern elegance with regional sensibilities.The vertical layering of vegetation not only enhances visual appeal but also improves thermal comfort, reduces heat gain, and fosters a healthier microclimate for residents. At street level, the transparent, open interface activates the public realm, inviting light, air, and community interaction into the base of the building.This project stands as a statement of sustainable urban living—where density meets serenity, and architecture becomes an extension of the landscape.
